This was a lovely apartment in the historic district of Málaga. The apartment is clean and easy to use (other than missing hooks for towels in the bathroom - and a starter kit (but the grocery store is close) everything was fantastic. Our manager was clear and thoughtful in providing directions, suggestions for dining, and tips. We explored the Central Market, locally owned restaurants (great tapas and paella, and fresh fish choices), and shops and purchased from local vendors to support the community. The beach, Castillo de Gibralfaro, Alcazaba, and Cathedral de la Encarnación were all within walking distance. We would love to come back to see more of the museums and local artists. We apologize for forgetting to dispose of milk and a food item at the end we locked ourselves out and then remembered. We definitely recommend Málaga and these accommodations.

Absolutely loved staying at this apartment right in old town Malaga. It was big, clean, comfortable and walking distance to everything in old town. The check in process was very smooth, and the management company that ran it was super helpful and responsive. I’d highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting to be right in the action in beautiful Malaga!

We like this apartment. We have stayed there many times. The apartment itself with two bedrooms and two bathrooms suits us well. Thank you for the new floor lamp in the smaller bedroom!

Corner apartment with lots of light, overlooking a quiet square. Well equipped, in a newly renovated building with elevator.
1 block from the market (great for tapas lunches and fresh produce). We enjoyed walking to all parts of the city from the apartment. We would highly recommend this apartment as a great base to experience Malaga and the surrounding areas.

Great central apartment right next to basically everything. Walking distance to the beach is around 20 min. The market with fresh fruits and fish is right behind the corner and playground for kids 1 min away. Apartment has a few scratches on walls but general condition is very good. Steffan and the whole team was very fast in responding to all our request and helped to solve the small issue we had on the last day. Would recommend to everyone to stay here when visiting Malaga.

We found the apartment excellent , well organised and its size is very convenient for 3-4 persons. The building facilities , its entrance and elevators are clean , spacious and very convenient . Location is perfect , minutes walk to anywhere. Quick and effective responsiveness to our needs and inquiries during our stay.

We had a lovely stay here with our baby and toddler. Great location in the old town, very close to the central market, lots of cafes and restaurants, playground in the square just outside and a short walk to the cathedral and main shopping street to see the Christmas lights . Easy 10 minute walk from the train station with direct line to the airport. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the 2 bathrooms were great (2 showers, no bath). Solaga were very quick with communication and very helpful with a few minor things we needed help with. We especially appreciated them allowing us to check in early. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was a great size for our family of three and could accommodate 4 no problem. The showers were excellent - the second bathroom a bonus. The street was very quiet and yet a 1 minute stroll to the old town's main streets. The market was also one block away . The communal areas lobby. lifts etc were also shining clean. The 6 balconies overlooking the square were wonderful. The air conditioning was such a help with the 30 degree temperatures. We would highly recommend it - and would certainly book again

Everything about the flat internally was high quality and comfortable.

The best for us was the location. A busy Plaza full of real people going about their daily lives. Near the market and a great churreria. Walking distance to anywhere in the centro historico or the beach.

The location in the pedestrian area is absolutely perfect. The market hall, shops, cafes and restaurants are so near. The apartment with two bathrooms, a washing machine and a dishwasher is comfortable.

The location in the pedestrian area is great. Three good cafes were in the sunny side of the same square as the apartment. The apartment was beautiful full of light and quiet. Everything needed was in the apartment. The service from Solga was perfect.

Large, well designed apartment not far from city center and local market. Many art albums, music disks. Comfortable for short stay. Too noisy from outside for long stay.

Amazing location... couldnt have been better for exploring Malaga. Very clean, and nice and quiet too in the evenings.

The apartment was clean, quiet and attractive the furniture (including beds) was very comfortable the bathroom showers were excellent and the kitchen was well-appointed with modern appliances. The location was perfect: a two-minute walk to the wonderful Ataranzanas Market, slightly longer to a couple of supermarkets, and about ten minutes to the lovely, interesting centre of old-town Malaga. We have nothing but good things to say about the accommodation, and in addition, we have nothing but praise for the Solaga staff who were wonderful to deal with. We definitely hope to return.

Todo. La ubicación. La casa era grande, muy cómoda y muy bien ubicada. Con 6 balcones. Muy luminosa y todo muy nuevo y limpio. Perfecto para pasar unos días disfrutando de Malaga. Parking en el mismo edificio. Estaban esperándonos en el portal y nos ayudaron en todo, tanto en la entrada como en la salida. Muchas gracias por todo.

Perfect organised, both in the period before our arrival and during our stay in Malaga. Friendly people and appartment as promised on the website. Our only advise to further improve the experience in Malaga is to arrange a place inclose to the apartment where you can put bicycles during the night. Using a bicycle can make the range of things to see and experience bigger and the climate to do so is always good.

Nous avons loué cet appartement à deux reprises. Le building est magnifique, dans un quartier très intéressant à quelques pas du marché Atarazanas, et des nombreux intérêts de Malaga. L'appartement est aussi très bien, de bonne dimension avec suffisamment de rangement. Nous aurions mis cinq étoiles si l'ameublement était de meilleure qualité, et la cuisine mieux équipée. Cependant, nous pouvons affirmer avoir pris plaisir à y vivre.

The apartment was of a very good standard and very comfortable for a longer stay. Location was ideal. At all times queries were dealt efficiently and speedily by Solaga they were very punctual at both the check in and out times and the whole process was painless. Would definitely book one of their apartments again.

Het was een fantastische ervaring. Het appartement ligt op een schitterende locatie, zeer centraal in de stad. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon en het is erg rustig in het gebouw.

My family and i stayed at one the units managed by Solaga in Malaga (#18 Sebastian Souviron), a brand new 2 bedroom 2 bath with lift, central Air conditioning, sufficiently large showers and garage, plus complete kitchen and well decorated Apt, at the center of Malaga, and honestly i have nothing but admiration for the way Solaga staff run their units, our luck was to have Esme as our greeting agent, a very fun and accommodating individual. and thanks to Stephen for everything.

The apartment was beautiful, centrally-located and everything we could have wanted in our visit to Malaga. We rented a car so that we could travel to nearby cities and towns, which meant having an assigned spot in the garage below the building was very convenient. Upon arrival, I was a bit turned around due to construction blocking the suggested route to the apartment. The individual meeting me was very accommodating and walked to to where I was pulled over and ensured I made it to the apartment okay. My interactions with the team were all very pleasant and friendly but they mostly left us to enjoy the beautiful apartment. The building has been completely redone recently which means that everything feels brand new. The air conditioner worked very well to keep us cool, which is a must in summer in Malaga. Also, while the location was very close to old city Malaga, we were just far enough away to not have to deal with noise at night, which was a problem at other apartments I've stayed at in Malaga before. We had such a great experience that when we return to Malaga we will likely stay in the same apartment.

We are an older couple and had the apartment for a week. The location is central with a walk from the most interesting places. Läegenheten was neat and tidy. The woman was very friendly and helpful when we got there. I recommend the apartments to most traveling / tourists. But I would also say that the kitchen was well equipped, but it was no bigger knives. TV could usefully have some English language news channels, and the living room sofa was not comfortable to sit in. But I would still give five stars out of five for it.

The place was really nice, a little bit too big for two persons, because you have 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. It was very clean, all things were present, in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom, although maybe some more towels would be nice if you plan to stay more than 4 days. Then maybe one towel is not enough for one week. The location is very good, quiet at night, you have one of the best coffee bars at 10 meters. All locations were nearby, the city centre,the beach, not further than a 10 minutes walk. I would really recommend this place and I would consider to rent it again if I visit Malaga once more.

We appreciated the geographical situation of the apartment. We could make everything on foot. We appreciated the size of the apartment, we lived very well in four thanks to both complete rooms. Near a magnificent market Atarazanas and in 5 minutes walk of the El Corte Ingles, we ate almost every day at our place. We appreciated finally largely to have the garage in the basement because to park in Málaga is not obvious. Thanks to Romina, Esme and Maxime for their kindness.

After over thirty years of renting holiday apartments in Europe this was considered by us to be the best (amongst many very good ones) and we found the Solaga administration impeccable. Furnishing and equipment was everything that could be required (except, perhaps, electric shutters), location at the edge of the historic, pedestrian area was excellent and within a few minutes El Corte Ingles store/supermarket available. Approach to apartment through first-class, well-maintained building interior with lifts.

Our apartment was perfectly located in Malaga Center right on a square where my kids were able to play safely. We were walking distances to everything and had the great benefit of having a parking space in the garage, for free, for our car rental. I loved staying with Solaga, the staff were super helpful, always responded to all my questions and whatever I needed. I wish they had more options in other parts of the world!

Our host and his colleagues were extremely helpful and responsive- from E-mail contact to the taxi driver! The apartment is excellent- as shown in the photos - and very well equipped. The location, on the edge of the old town, is also very good- within easy walking distance of some great sights such as the Musee Picasso and the Cathedral, also many delightful and varied places to eat. I would unhesitatingly recommend the flat, which is extremely good value- especially if you use the second bedroom as well! We would definitely think of returning when we come back to Malaga- which we surely will as it is such an exciting and culturally /gastronomically rich place!

Steffen and his staff were professional as well as prompt on meeting us on our arrival and departure. The apartment was perfect. As lovely as the pictures show. I would live there in a heart beat! The location is quiet and perfectly located. Every place we wanted to go was within walking distance. I would stay there again and recommend it highly.
