Denna nyligen renoverade lägenhet består av ett sovrum med eget badrum, ett vardagsrum, en matsal och ett fullt utrustat kök.
Det finns en Murphy-säng (150x190 cm utdragbar säng fäst på väggen) i vardagsrummet.
Det finns två badrum, ett med dusch och handfat, det andra med dusch, handfat och toalett.
Vita väggar och en öppen planlösning skapar en fritt flytande atmosfär för avkoppling, kompletterad med massor av naturligt ljus som strömmar genom de stora fönstren. Vakna tidigt och njut av att smutta på ditt café con leche medan du beundrar morgonens gyllene ljus som dansar på havet innan du spenderar resten av morgonen med att promenera längs strandpromenaden.
Den lyxiga småbåtshamnen Pier One (Muelle Uno) med massor av restauranger, barer och butiker ligger bara några minuter bort.
Luftkonditionering, uppvärmning och höghastighets-WiFi finns tillgängligt i hela fastigheten. Parkering finns tillgänglig på begäran i en byggnad i närheten för 15 € per dag.

A corner Apartment remodeled in recent years with IKEA is sleek, comfortable, open, with floor to ceiling (almost) windows to a panoramic view of the beach, “boardwalk” and Mediterranean. Restaurants, bakeries (definitely try Fermento Casa de Panaderos), groceries, etc at your doorstep. A short walk to the marina area with the more restaurants, bars and shops and an open air marketplace. The old town has high end shopping, museums, alcazaba, etc and is a lovely 15 minute walkshort bus (stop in front of apartment) ride. I definitely recommend “Mediterraneo” for your vacation stay in Malaga. We loved it and will be back!

The apartment has just been fully refurbished so everything was new and in perfect working order. Solaga have been the easiest and best holiday apartment company I have ever dealt with, all the way through the process. Carlos, a company rep met us at the apartment with the keys and went through facilities then did an orientation of the area on a local map. This was our first trip to Malaga, this apartment in Malagueta is perfectly located for exploring the old town, the marina area, the parks and tons more stuff. Great place, friendly people, great food, wine, climate, culture. Residents we met talk of "The Malaga Bug" you get bitten by it and you want to stay. I can understand that. We will return. |
