Lägenheten har totalrenoverats år 2016, och den praktiska designen gör lägenheten till den perfekta lägenheten för familj, vänner eller företag.

Would have been nice if a few basics (coffee, paper towels) had been supplied, but there is a store right around the corner where we could purchase. Only negative was that there was a funky sewer smell in one of the bathrooms but were told that this happens on occasion along the harbor due to aging infrastructure and tides. Wouldn't prevent us from booking again if we were to return.

The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the kitchen is spacious and open to a large dining table that looks out over the harbor and Alcazaba. The large balcony has a mesmerizing view and comfortable outside furniture. The elegant neighborhood offers La Canasta bakery and cafe, restaurants, and a 5 minute walk to the beach restaurants, a small grocery store just behind the apartment and a large one a 10 minute walk away. There is a bike rental kiosk in front of the apartment building and it is great fun to bike down the coast west and east from this area. We enjoyed day trips out of town and going into old town and some of the more touristy areas but also enjoyed retreating to this lovely area to sit on the large balcony. This is the view that we will remember from our 3 week stay!

The location is one that I regularly stay when visiting Malaga. It is very convenient for the bus from the airport, the walks on the promenade, the beach, meuello uno, walk back into the city.

There were 4 of us and so made the cost of the apartment the same, per person, as a basic hotel. Boy was this far from basic! Amazing views, gorgeous bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen. Pods available in shop round the corner for €1 for 10! During the day there was very noisy building work, but we were up and out, so weren't bothered too much. The bedrooms were soundproofed well and so we weren't woken by it. Excellent aircon, though we should have left the balcony blinds closed during the day to keep the massive lounge and kitchen cooler. Fantastic little pizza restaurant 2 minutes away for sit in or takeaway. Great service, great food and very cheap prices. Carlos checked us in. Very prompt and knowledgeable. Kept in touch via whatsapp while en route from airport for timings of arrival. |

The furniture is modern & very comfortable and there is a fantastic large balcony on which to sit to witness the fabulous view & beautiful sunsets. There are plenty of restaurants & bars close by as well as a supermarket & bakery. Malagueta beach where you can swim, sunbathe & enjoy fresh barbecued fish & seafood is a short walk away. The Solaga representative who greeted us on arrival was friendly, courteous & helpful & when we had a problem with the dishwasher Solaga sent an engineer to fix the problem promptly. Highly recommended.

Minutes to the Malagueta beach, a short walk to the old town and the new promenade with all it's attractions is a short step away. The views and sunsets are spectacular. You always think a place isn't going to be as nice as the photos - in this case it was and more! The beds are comfy. Shutters make the bedroom so quiet at night you will sleep very well. Solaga made the process very straight forward. We cannot wait to go back.

Solaga staff provide great service and are very responsive to questions or concerns. Unfortunately, we had to make a mad dash out of the country, cutting our last vacation short, because of the coronavirus pandemic … but we certainly hope to be back again and hope that Spain fully recovers from this crisis.

However the best feature of this unit was it's location. There was something you can walk to in any direction. Shops, restaurants, museums and miles of beach. We stay 9 weeks and never got tired of it. It's a great condo in a great location in a great city.

There’s a small market around the corner and beach is a block away. Most attractions are walkable. The floors and ceiling fans need a thorough cleaning. I provided that feedback so hopefully future guests will benefit. Overall, I would recommend renting the home and would stay here if I returned to Malaga. If looking for a wonderful Italian dining experience, try Tratorio Mamma Franco. Very reasonable with outstanding food and service. The taxi ride is 10 to 12 minutes but more than worth the trip.

In the evenings it is the perfect place to enjoy a night cap whilst overlooking the lights of Malaga City and Malaga Harbour. The apartment is situated so that whatever choice you make, either going to the beach and enjoying the many and very good beach side restaurantsjust soaking up the sun. Or equally distanced you can wander down to the city and observe the many historical sites that Malaga has to offer. I can honestly say that this apartment is 5*+ quality. It is clean modern and extremely comfortable and the good thing is that every bedroom has a bathroom (2 en-suite) so no waiting around in the mornings to get ready! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone going to Malaga.

Location was wonderful due to everything being in walking distance and close enough to public transportation to arrange day trips to near places on the Coastal del Sol. I would highly recommend this apartment which was very clean, well decorated and safe. Grocery stores and restaurants were close by plus nice parks. Apartment and location were truly second to none. Galen was informative and helpful who represented the agency very well. Taxi was on time to pick us up to catch our train and it made it so much easier for Galen to reserve it.

La cuisine est très moderne. La pièce de vie est géniale et la terrasse, meublée avec goût et confort, possède une vue unique sur le port. Autre atout : la proximité de restaurants sans les inconvénients. Nous avons également apprécié la disponibilité d'Alex et le professionnalisme de l'agence qui gère cette location. Un coup de cœur incroyable.

Loved every second. The apartment was superb, what a view! Really comfortable, great location, everything we needed and a great sound system. The balcony is so comfortable and relaxing. We used the Airport shuttle bus (linea A) which s you within a few hundred yards of the apartment. We arrived early and ped the luggage while the apartment was being cleaned, all nice and easy and very accommodating. We did a few bus trips, but in the main stayed in and around Malaga. Feria was on, so lots of food, drink and dancing, beach in the afternoon, dinner at the restaurants in the port (Angus steak - great food and service), lunches at the beach restaurants... siestas in the afternoon... cerveza and rioja... watching the sun go down over the city and Alcazaba... I want to go back now!
